What kind of games could I play with multiple kids?
So i have a spanish project. We are supposed to ask like 20 questions about some type of spanish words like words from the community or body words. I want to do a creative game that 30 plus or so kids will enjoy. Last year I did monopoly which went great.
Everyone i’ve seen so far in my class has done matching or flash cards which is pretty boring. So do you have any ideas about a game I could do?

owner by Tom on 12/31/2007: you can no longer record tv from this product, because the features as changed, so it has no av in like in the old picture, and the old description of this page. The products is not that easy to use, because it seems that every features are working separately : i mean you have to escape the camera menu, to go to see pictures you took. or there is no way to reduce sound of games (or difficult to find where). Sometimes, you press ‘enter’ in different way (sometimes it’s esc). It’s seems also to have no way to mute the sound of the menu (sounds like the chord wav of windows error). And depending of the langages, this is not the good translation or it’s not possible to read the whole sentence. This is a good gadget for persons who are not used to that kind of technology, or kids.

What is a good computer program for teaching children spanish?
My kids are 9,8,6, & 4. What are some good computer programs for teaching children spanish. I’ve heard about Rosetta Stone, but is it fun? I know they’ll be more interested if the program includes games. I’ve heard of Muzzy as well. Does anyone have any experience with these?
Kaplan has an amazing computer programme for Spanish aimed at kids; my son enjoyed it and so did everyone around, including the adults!
It’s called “Spanish for the Real World”. Here’s the concept it’s based on:
“Players are participants in a road rally across Mexico. They have to drive from checkpoint to checkpoint, solve the challenges there, and make it to the finish line in first place. The obstacles they face are games and activities that introduce and reinforce Spanish vocabulary and grammar. Many activities have a time element, adding to the excitement, but all the games can be played in a practice mode to bring your skills up to par.”
