Why did not someone fix the spelling of the English language?
The spelling of the English language largely meaningless. Why What about something like 11 different pronunciations for Ough, with none of these sounds in fact could be interpreted as phonetically spelling. It like that originally wrote the first dictionary that I had no idea what it sounds like at least half the letters … I read a study in a magazine before about how the English have a much higher rate of dyslexia, compared to speakers of Italian. I bet he has something to do with the fact that Italian is written as it sounds … I heard that languages like Spanish have real groups moderate-fixing stupid spelling … Why can not have that in English?
Believe me, there have been many initiatives to correct spelling, but the problem is they do not want to change. You more or less having to rewrite the whole language and the world of America Canada to Australia to India would have to accept and learn. Did you ever going to happen.
